Telluride by the Sea Film Festival at Music Hall Portsmouth NH
Once again, the Telluride by the Sea Film Festival returns to Portsmouth at The Music Hall from Friday, September 14th to Sunday the 16th, 2012. Six remarkable films will screen over the three days of the festival beginning with the Friday night queuing on Chestnut Street at 5:30 with live entertainment to please the waiting crowd.
Throughout the weekend, Festival pass-holders only will screen three
special Film Noir surprise selections. Long a supporter of this film
genre, the Festival chooses three low budget, hard-boiled, gritty
specials which will be introduced by Noir aficionado, Kent Stephens.
Festival passes and individual tickets can be purchased through The Music Hall box office or their website. Pass holders have access to the Film Noir screenings, Sunday brunch at The District, and a wrap up party at the Portsmouth Brewery on Sunday night. Ticket lines are long, so advance purchases are highly recommended.
The Music Hall is located just a 10 minute walk from the Martin Hill Inn so that our guests can easily enjoy the films, visit the restaurants and return home without worrying about finding parking or feeding the parking meters.
This was our 12th visit to the Inn and we keep returning! The Inn is an old beautiful building and the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable with lovely furnishings. A delicious breakfast was served every morning...
